Responsibilities: Leasing Operations: Handle end-to-end leasing processes, including property advertising, conducting property showings, tenant screenings, and lease negotiations. Collaborate with property owners and clients to ensure smooth leasing transactions. Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, property owners, and prospective clients. Address tenant inquiries and concerns promptly, providing excellent customer service. Market Knowledge: Stay updated on current market trends, rental rates, and competitor offerings. Provide clients with accurate and insightful information to assist them in making informed leasing decisions. Documentation and Compliance: Prepare and review lease agreements, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies. Facilitate the smooth execution of leasing contracts, handling all necessary documentation. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing tenant concerns, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships. Administrative Support: Maintain organized records of leasing transactions, client communications, and property details. Provide administrative support as needed for the leasing department. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience in Dubai\'s real estate leasing market. Proven track record in successfully leasing residential or commercial properties. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of Dubai\'s real estate market and leasing regulations. Proficiency in real estate management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
