Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Leasing professional at Property Shop Investment LLC in Abu Dhabi. The Sales Leasing professional will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as resident retention, customer service, lease administration, communication, and negotiating leases for new and renewing residents. The professional will also be responsible for managing leasing documentation and ensuring compliance with landlord-tenant laws. Qualifications
  • Resident Retention and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Lease Administration knowledge and skills
  • Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and regulations
  • Experience in Real Estate Sales and Leasing
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
  • Ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office and CRM software
  • Fluent in English; additional languages spoken in the UAE are a plus
