ELHANOUF PROPERTIS A Leasing Consultant will promote and lease available properties to prospective tenants. They will be serving as the first point of contact for potential renters, providing information about properties, conducting property tours, and assisting with the application and leasing process. Additionally, they must ensure that the leasing property is well-maintained and appealing to prospective tenants. ey Responsibilities: - Respond to inquiries from prospective tenants via phone, email, or in-person visits. - Conduct property tours to showcase available units and amenities to prospective tenants. - Highlight the features, benefits, and advantages of the property. - Answer questions and address concerns from prospective tenants. - Collect and review rental applications from interested individuals or parties. - Prepare and review lease agreements with approved tenants. - Explain lease terms, rental policies, and procedures to tenants. - Ensure all required documents are signed, and deposits are collected in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. - Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective tenants. - Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally. - Stay informed about local rental market trends, competitors, and pricing. - Maintain accurate records of leasing activities and tenant interactions. - Assist with scheduling property inspections, maintenance, and repairs. - Ensure that the show units are clean, organized, and presentable. Qualifications: - 2 years of proven working experience as a leasing agent. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - English Is Required - UAE Driving License Is Required Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
