Key Expectation: Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with tenants and stakeholders to establish good relationships Strong customer service skills including the desire to meet and exceed tenant expectations. Highly self-motivated, career orientated team players with an energetic and enthusiastic approach to their work Demonstrated ability to secure leases and provide sales leadership and training Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills Knowledge of the UAE market including all competitive properties, area and customer demographics and available media Be organized and have the capacity to work under pressure and make deadlines Presenting properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants Acting as a landlord for property owners and help them navigate the property market Advertising available properties using a variety of media and promoting materials Assist manager in developing and implementing effective marketing Maintain a strong closing ratio Run background checks on potential tenants to evaluate their credit status and Criminal records to determine if they are eligible to vacate a building Utilize PSI Assets leasing expectations and procedures to warmly greet prospective clients, qualify, determine needs and preferences, professionally present the property and apartment homes, utilize feature/benefit selling, close the sale and follow-up Answer incoming phone calls professionally and handle accordingly, whether the caller is a prospective client, a client, an internal Company team member or a vendor Maintain accurate client records in accordance with PSI Assets Company policy Educational Requirements / Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree from a reputed University with attestation from MOFA UAE. UAE Driving License (Must) Computer literate with a good knowledge of most commonly used programs (Excel and MS Office) Experience: 1 years of relevant experience Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• sales: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving license (Preferred)
