Job Description
PRIMARY PURPOSE: Capable Leasing Consultant to present and lease properties to prospective lessors. The goal is to scout potential clients, turn them into actual ones and achieve high occupancy rates. In building a competitive and profitable environment, a Leasing Consultant maximizes cost and achieves the company's business objectives. The Leasing Consultant is responsible for leasing residential and commercial properties in Abu Dhabi, UAE scouting for landlords and tenants and making them sign lease agreements with each other. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPIERENCE:
- Bachelor's Degree from a reputed University with attestation from MOFA UAE.
- UAE Driving License (Must)
- 1 year of relevant experience
- Communication and Collaboration
- Gives feedback in a constructive way,
- Encourages others to give him feedback and work on it.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic
- Ability to work under pressure in a highly competitive environment
