Join Our Team - Experienced Real Estate leasing Consultant (Abu Dhabi)
A leading real estate company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly motivated and experienced real estate professional to join our team.
Requirements:
? Minimum 2 years of experience in the Abu Dhabi real estate market
? Strong knowledge of property listing and marketing on various portals
? Ability to advise sellers and landlords on market trends, property values, and legislation
? Expertise in qualifying potential buyers and tenants
? Skilled in scheduling and conducting property viewings, as well as following up on leads
? Proven ability to negotiate offers and contracts effectively
? Strong client relationship management and communication skills
? Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle is mandatory
