Position:Property Leasing Agent (Residential) Location: Dubai, UAE Your Role: As a Leasing Agent you\'ll play a pivotal role in pairing clients with their ideal homes. Client Engagement: Actively engage with prospective landlords and tenants, ensuring their needs are precisely met.

Lease Facilitation: Oversee all aspects of lease negotiations and ensure contracts align with UAE\'s leasing regulations.
Market Insights: Stay updated with the latest market trends to ensure our leasing strategies remain competitive.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain trustful relationships with property owners and tenants.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all leasing documents align with the latest UAE property regulations.
Area Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of designated Dubai areas, effectively promoting the local amenities to potential tenants.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

Demonstrable experience in Dubai\'s residential leasing market (Preferably 1 to 2 years.)
A valid UAE / GCC driving license.
