Leasing Agent Real Estate: Salary: AED 2000 + 2YRS Visa + Medical Insurance + All other benefits as per UAE labor law Immediate Joining - Professional who acts as a liaison between an owner or management company and tenants in order to ensure there are no vacancies in their properties. -Present properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants, advertise available properties using a variety of media and promoting materials, and determine the needs, living standards, and economic viability of prospect customers. - Confirm rental application data and personal references, negotiate leasing terms and conditions, and close deals. Additionally, they ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically -Performs duties related to managing rental properties and finding successful tenants to fill vacancies in rental properties. Rental agents may also provide services to existing tenants or assist with lease renewal. - Responsible for documenting the terms and agreement for each property that is leased, A rental agent collects the deposit for a new rental, and first month\'s rent based on the terms of the lease and the move-in date of the tenant. - Responsible for renewing leases or terminating leases at the end of a lease agreement. Must be familiar with all real estate laws including local, state and federal governing Fair Housing. - Conducting administrative tasks like credit and background checks - Organizing payments and applications - Handling the signing of leases and providing customer service for existing tenants - Establishing a rapport with existing tenants and providing them with personalized service - Meeting with prospective tenants to determine lease terms - Receiving security deposits and coordinating with current tenants to discuss lease changes. - Marketing properties, preparing lease documents and screening prospective tenants to qualifythem. - Acting as a representative for property owners , Searching out tenants for the owner of a property and being paid a commission when contracts Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to AED2,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
