Role Overview:

Binghatti Holding is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Leasing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end leasing process, ensuring high occupancy rates, and providing an exceptional customer experience to prospective and existing tenants. This role is crucial in upholding Binghatti's reputation for excellence in property management and client relations.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to leasing inquiries through phone, email, and walk-ins, and conduct property viewings. Present properties and available units in a professional manner, highlighting key features and benefits. Guide prospective tenants through the application, documentation, and leasing process. Prepare lease agreements in compliance with company policies and local regulations. Ensure accurate and updated listings on marketing platforms and company channels. Maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing concerns and coordinating with internal teams for service needs. Collaborate with marketing and sales departments to support promotional campaigns and achieve occupancy targets. Track leads, conversions, and occupancy metrics, and provide regular reports to management.

Requirements:

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in leasing, property management, or a related customer-facing role. Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market and relevant real estate regulations. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Fluent in English; Arabic or any other languages is a strong plus. Presentable, professional, and client-focused.
