Job Description
ASICO Real Estate is seeking an experienced Leasing Agent to oversee leasing operations, tenant relations, and property marketing. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Real estate leasing, Property marketing and excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple properties & Agents. This role involves collaborating with property management teams to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 1+ years of experience in real estate leasing or property management in Dubai. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in MS Office and property management software. Proven ability to develop creative marketing strategies Must have UAE driving license. Fluent in English.
