Position Overview:

We are seeking multiple, motivated and experienced Leasing Agents to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will manage internally managed properties and take a proactive approach in developing new external relationships with landlords, property owners, and corporate clients to expand our property portfolio. You will be responsible for handling the complete leasing process--from sourcing properties and conducting viewings to closing deals and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Property Management & Leasing:

? Handle leasing activities for internally managed residential and commercial properties.

? Ensure all property listings are accurately maintained and updated across company platforms

? Conduct property inspections and prepare reports for management.

? Landlord & Corporate Relationship Development:

? Establish and maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, and corporate housing departments.

? Actively seek new property listings through direct outreach, referrals, and networking.

? Negotiate leasing terms and agreements with property owners and clients.

Client Management & Deal Closure:

? Assist clients in finding suitable properties that match their requirements.

? Conduct property viewings and follow up professionally to close deals.

? Prepare and manage lease documentation in compliance with company and Qatari real estate regulations.

? Coordinate with the administrative team to ensure a smooth handover and tenancy process.

Market Awareness:

? Stay updated with Qatar's real estate market trends, rental rates, and competitive listings.

? Provide market feedback and recommendations to management.

? Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

? Number of new properties sourced monthly (landlords and corporates)

? Total leasing deals closed per month/quarter Internal-External.

? Corporate housing agreements

? Client satisfaction and retention rate

? Listing accuracy and quality on company portals

? Timely documentation and compliance with leasing procedures

Requirements

? Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate leasing within Qatar.

? Strong network and relationship-building skills with landlords and corporate clients.

? Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

? Familiarity with Qatar real estate market and leasing laws.

? Valid Qatar driving license and own car (mandatory).

? Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.

? Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).

Compensation:

? Commission-Based: 50%

? Target based Basic plus commission.
