Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Leasing Agent to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leasing residential and/or commercial properties, handling tenant relations, and ensuring a smooth rental process from inquiry to move-in.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inquiries and schedule property viewings with prospective tenants. Present properties professionally and highlight key features during tours. Following up on leads for potential renters Screen and qualify applicants in accordance with company policies and local regulations. Prepare leasing documents and coordinate the signing process. Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, tenant communications, and property availability. Assist in marketing vacant units through online platforms, signage, and open houses. Build strong relationships with current and potential tenants to ensure satisfaction and retention. Coordinate with property management and maintenance teams to address tenant needs or property issues.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Leasing Agent, Property Consultant, or in a similar real estate role. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Familiarity with leasing regulations, tenant rights, and local real estate laws. Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software. Valid real estate license. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed. A driver's license and access to a vehicle are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience Required: 3-4 Years Fluent English speaker only (preferably South Asia and Southeast Asia) Experience in both residential and commercial leasing is advantageous Excellent Verbal and written communication skills Familiarity with CRM systems or property management tools knowledge of local market and properties
