Leasing Agent
Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing property leases, attracting prospective tenants, and ensuring a smooth rental process.
Responsibilities:
Market and promote available properties through various channels.
Conduct property tours and provide detailed information to prospective tenants.
Handle inquiries, schedule appointments, and maintain client relationships.
Prepare and process lease agreements in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Collect and verify tenant documentation and ensure timely payments.
Maintain accurate records of leases, renewals, and tenant communications.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Leasing Agent.
Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
University degree
Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
Preferably residing in Abu Dhabi.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of property management and leasing regulations.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and property management software is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
