Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Leasing Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing lease deals, and delivering excellent customer service. This role offers a fixed salary of AED 1,000 plus an attractive commission on every successful lease agreement, along with company-provided benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve and exceed monthly leasing and sales targets Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects Conduct property viewings and effectively present available units Handle client inquiries and follow up on leads in a timely manner Assist with lease documentation, negotiations, and deal closure Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth leasing processes
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in leasing, real estate, or sales Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment Valid UAE driving license preferred Own car preferred
