Leasing Agent
Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :

• Greet, qualify, and assist prospective residents with leasing inquiries both in-person and virtually.
• Conduct property tours, showcasing available units and community amenities.
• Follow up with prospects, respond promptly to inquiries, and maintain communication throughout the leasing process.
• Prepare and process lease agreements, rental applications, and related documentation.
• Assist with marketing efforts, including posting online ads, updating listings, and distributing promotional material.
• Ensure model units, common areas, and vacant apartments are clean, staged, and ready for tours.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic, leasing activity, and occupancy reports.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, addressing concerns and coordinating with management for resolution.
• Travel between multiple properties as needed to support leasing activities (must have own car).

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service is strongly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet leasing goals.
• Computer proficiency, including property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
