Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Leasing Agent to join our property management team. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for presenting and leasing residential and/or commercial properties to prospective tenants, ensuring high occupancy levels, and providing excellent customer service. Candidates must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, as this role requires travel between properties and conducting off-site appointments.

Key Responsibilities

Greet, qualify, and assist prospective residents with leasing inquiries both in-person and virtually.

Conduct property tours, showcasing available units and community amenities.

Follow up with prospects, respond promptly to inquiries, and maintain communication throughout the leasing process.

Prepare and process lease agreements, rental applications, and related documentation.

Assist with marketing efforts, including posting online ads, updating listings, and distributing promotional material.

Ensure model units, common areas, and vacant apartments are clean, staged, and ready for tours.

Maintain accurate records of traffic, leasing activity, and occupancy reports.

Provide exceptional customer service to residents, addressing concerns and coordinating with management for resolution.

Travel between multiple properties as needed to support leasing activities (must have own car).

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).

Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service is strongly preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet leasing goals.

Computer proficiency, including property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Must have a valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
