Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and build relationships with property owners and tenants to generate leads.
Manage property listings, conduct viewings, and handle negotiations.
Assist clients in finding suitable rental properties that meet their requirements.
Prepare and process leasing agreements and related documentation.
Stay updated with Abu Dhabi's real estate market trends and regulations.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Leasing Agent or in a similar real estate role.
Valid UAE driving license and own car.
Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
Compensation:
Commission-Based Only.
Attractive 50% / 50% commission structure.
Unlimited earning potential based on performance.
