Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Leasing Agent to join our real estate team. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for presenting and leasing properties to prospective tenants. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable about the leasing process, have excellent communication and sales skills, and be able to deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in person Schedule and conduct property viewings and tours Explain lease terms and rental rates to potential tenants Collect and process rental applications and documentation Screen prospective tenants using background and credit checks Prepare and execute lease agreements Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, rental rates, and competitor listings Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants and property owners Coordinate move-ins and move-outs Ensure properties are ready for viewing and occupancy (clean, well-maintained, staged) Handle tenant questions, concerns, and follow-ups professionally

Requirements:

Proven experience in leasing, real estate, or sales is preferred Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Strong sales and customer service orientation Knowledge of leasing regulations and local property laws Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office High school diploma . Fluency in English is a plus.
