We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused
Leasing Agent
to join our property management team. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for showcasing rental properties, handling lease agreements, and providing exceptional service to prospective and current tenants.Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist prospective tenants with leasing inquiries, property tours, and rental applications. Present and explain lease terms and community features to potential renters. Follow up with leads via phone, email, and in-person meetings. Process applications, verify information, and conduct background checks. Prepare and execute lease agreements and related documentation. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property availability, pricing, and promotions. Ensure model units and tour paths are clean and well-maintained. Assist with move-in and move-out procedures. Respond promptly to resident questions, maintenance requests, and concerns. Support marketing efforts, including posting listings, social media updates, and community events. Maintain accurate records and leasing reports.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or bachelor's degree. Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Bilingual skills are a plus.
