We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our team. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for assisting with leasing apartments, providing excellent customer service, conducting property tours, and ensuring a smooth move-in process for prospective tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist prospective tenants in person, via phone, or through email. Conduct property tours, highlighting features and benefits of available units. Respond to inquiries and follow up with leads to maximize leasing opportunities. Process rental applications, background checks, and credit screenings. Prepare and execute lease agreements and renewals in accordance with company policy. Maintain accurate records of leases, applicants, and tenant interactions. Collaborate with maintenance and property management teams to ensure unit readiness. Participate in marketing and outreach efforts to promote the property. Stay informed about local market trends and competitor properties.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends. Proficiency in property management software is a plus
