Responsibilities:
Handle tenant inquiries and company-generated leads
Market rental properties on portals and social platforms
Conduct property viewings and negotiations
Close leasing deals and renewals
Coordinate with landlords and tenants
Prepare offers, tenancy contracts, and Ejari documents
Maintain accurate CRM and follow-up records
Achieve monthly leasing targets
Requirements:
Good knowledge of Ejari and tenancy procedures
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Target-driven and customer-focused
Professional and presentable
English required (additional languages a plus)
UAE driving license is an advantage
