Lease Rental Financing Specialist - Corporate Banking
Position Overview
We are hiring a Lease Rental Financing Specialist for our Dubai-based DOZ office. This is an onsite role focused on managing and expanding the Lease Rental Financing (LRF) product offering. The position involves supporting internal teams, tracking receivables, and ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory standards. As a key player in our structured finance portfolio, you will contribute to delivering tailored rental-backed financing solutions to property owners and investors across the UAE.

Core Duties

• Manage and grow the Lease Rental Financing (LRF) product to meet market trends and strategic business goals
• Provide expert support to internal teams and clients regarding LRF-related queries and delivery
• Oversee receivables tracking for rental-backed loans, ensuring timely collections and accurate forecasts
• Evaluate rental cash flows, property values, and client eligibility to structure custom financing proposals
• Draft, review, and execute lease rental financing documentation in compliance with internal and external requirements
• Work closely with operations, legal, compliance, and credit teams to streamline end-to-end LRF processes
• Prepare reports and performance dashboards with insights for product improvements and risk management

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (Master's preferred)
• 2 to 5 years of experience in structured finance, corporate lending, or lease-based products
• In-depth knowledge of real estate-backed lending and cash flow forecasting
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks and credit risk principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and banking platforms
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
