Follow up incomplete payments 9.Follow up short and long term contracts 10.Receive complaints from tenants and clients 11.Offer solutions to customer complaints 12.Receiving and deposit cash and cheques 13.Preparing presentations (PPT) 14.Conduct routine check-up for common areas 15.Monitor Security and cleaners team 16.Responsible for the monitoring in the whole building 17.Ensuring the productivity for the team 18.Purchasing inventories (food and supplies) for 13th floor and office 19.Receiving payments from clients Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
