Position: Learning Technologist This role provides guidance on learning technologies and tools by sourcing, shortlisting, testing, and making recommendations about available platforms that facilitate adoption and usage by the faculty to promote student learning experience and collects, collates and analyzes the relevant data for evidence-based continuous improvement. Core Responsibilities:

Research, evaluate and make recommendations for learning technology tools to support the teaching and learning experiences. Test the learning technology and tools in test environments to ascertain compatibility with the existing systems and user experience. Validate the learning requirements related to usage of learning technologies by the faculty through multiple sources. Develop support materials that would facilitate the use of the available learning technology and tools. Facilitate training interventions to support users familiarizing themselves with the competencies required to use the recommended learning technology tools. Oversee engagement, implementation, integration and learning analytics to facilitate evidence-based decision making. Assist the faculty in selecting the appropriate learning technology tools to support the delivery of the planned teaching resource that would facilitate student learning experiences. Support the digital content developer and learning designer in the development of educational programs. Prepare periodic reports to update the information database and communicate information to team members. Requirements:
