We are currently seeking a Learning Experience Manager to join our team. The role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing effective learning experiences within an organization.
Your Integral Functions:
Curriculum Development
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify learning needs and objectives.
Design and develop comprehensive learning curricula that address organizational goals and employee skill development.
Incorporate various instructional strategies, multimedia, and technology to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
Learning Program Management
Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of learning programs.
Monitor the implementation of learning initiatives to ensure they meet quality standards and objectives.
Evaluate and select appropriate learning platforms and technologies.
Needs Analysis
Conduct regular needs assessments to identify gaps in skills and knowledge.
Analyze feedback and performance data to continuously improve learning programs.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
Work closely with HR, department heads, and other stakeholders to understand organizational needs and priorities.
Collaborate with external vendors, trainers, and consultants to enhance learning opportunities.
Technology Integration
Stay tech-savvy and ride the trends in the fast-paced world of learning and development.
Incorporate game-changing technologies, including Learning Management Systems (LMS) and innovative e-learning tools, to amplify and refine the learning journey.
Evaluation and Measurement
Establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of learning programs.
Conduct regular evaluations to measure learner satisfaction and program impact.
Adaptability and Innovation
Keep abreast of industry best practices and innovative approaches to learning and development.
Continuously update learning programs to incorporate new methodologies and technologies.
Communication and Training Delivery
Lead engaging training sessions or workshops as required.
Establish clear communication with learners, offering guidance, continuous support, and information on available learning opportunities.
CENTRAL EXPERTISE
Bachelor\'s degree in related field, Instructional Design, Human Resources, Education (Master\'s degree is a plus).
Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and learning program management.
Hospitality industry background is highly desirable.
Strong project management skills.
Familiarity with various learning technologies and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
