Support training organization (Pre - During - Post Training)
Support Learning & Development leader in training events organized (such as training material designing & delivery, send communication to stakeholders, support and guide visitors, participants...),
Data maintainance & reporting by frequency (daily, weekly, monthly...)
Support other admin tasks assigned by line manager
Qualifications
Entitled as full-time student during 6-month internship period
No working experiences required, although students with dynamic experience in school/social activities are preferred
Eloquent in English
Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Interpersonal skills, Time and Task Management skills
Can-do attitude, urge in learning and development
Have experience with designing and analytical skill is a plus
Eyes for details, good organization skills and logic thinking
