Job Description
:
The First Group is currently seeking for a dynamic Learning and Development Intern who strives and survives working in team supporting the L&D department throughout various projects and tasks and providing creative learning solutions to our employees.
During the internship period, the L&D Intern will be exposed to the following aspects:
Classroom trainings
Classroom trainings
- Designing the training content using
- Scheduling and coordination of training classes including creation of training calendar.
- Ensuring Classroom trainings are logged and completed, tracking employee sign-ups and preparation of materials including certificates of completions.
- Development and communication of training announcements.
e-learning Trainings:
- Support in designing of e-learning materials using authoring tools: Articulate studio (Rise and Storyline).
Excellent Organizational skills- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices is an advantage
- Analytical approach to work
- A passion to develop self and other
