They will work with the learning management system, organizing virtual trainings, handling all training reports and organizing and coordinating any conference calls, meetings etc. This position will engage with both properties & above property disciplines for various projects & initiatives. Marriott certified learning coordinator with knowledge of Marriott?s learning management systems preferred

3-year degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Learning and Development, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
Previous experience in Human Resources and/or Learning + Development is required
Previous operational hotel experience is desirable
Excellent Microsoft Office software skills
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Coordinate and implement tasks and projects across multiple disciplines for property and above property audiences.
Respond to queries and support property & above property teams with related projects & initiatives.
Schedule and coordinate trainings including bookings with properties, sending invites to participants, managing wait lists and post assessments.
Own the follow up of all training completions or task management for assigned projects.
Generate and analyses reports for learning, pre-openings, talent programs and brand training as needed
Develop and deliver virtual training and classroom training as required.
Develop and Deliver e-learning using appropriate software and coordinate with HQ to help publish e-learnings
Drives and supports the EMEA Initiatives and Deployment
Monitors the tracking dashboards/reports and coordinates with HR Data Analytics to resolve any reporting issues
Generates creative collaterals to standardise and support various program roll outs based on market nuances and best practices observed
Coordinate and facilitate Workshops on multiple subjects as required ? virtually and in-person.
Supports in development & implementation of any L+D & HR tools and resources.
Coordinate and facilitate Office Hours and other communications as required.
Work with Project leads and the above property disciplines to develop and update any L&D Resources/Programs
Supports other Project Activities across all disciplines.
Management of the L&D inbox and answers/redirects queries related to projects and initiatives
Provides on-property support when requested (some travel may be required)
Does regular quality checks on implementation of projects and usage of learning resources
Monitors and shares best practices across EMEA properties as needed
Facilitate virtual and live calls where required with property leaders/above property leaders
Provides regular feedback, obtained from the market and properties to the L&D Team
Perform other duties, as appropriate, assigned by the L&D Team.
