We are hiring for L&D Specialist for a reputable 5 star Hotel in Ras Al Khaimah Job Title: Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist : As an L&D Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating learning and development programs to enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of employees within the organization. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to identify training needs, create engaging learning materials, and deliver effective training sessions. Additionally, you will monitor and assess the effectiveness of training initiatives, making necessary adjustments to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives. The role requires strong communication, facilitation, and project management skills, as well as a passion for learning and development. Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess learning needs and develop training strategies that support organizational objectives.
  • Design and develop engaging learning materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training materials, videos, and job aids.
  • Deliver training sessions using a variety of methods such as classroom instruction, virtual training, and workshops.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and make recommendations for enhancing the quality and impact of training initiatives.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development to inform program design and delivery.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content.
  • Maintain learning management system (LMS) data, including course content, participant records, and reporting.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers and employees to reinforce learning and development goals.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to integrate learning and development initiatives into broader talent management strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field. Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree or relevant certifications preferred.
  • Proven experience as an L&D Specialist or similar role, with a strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and deliver effective training programs across multiple formats and modalities.
  • Excellent communication skills, including facilitation, presentation, and written communication.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate training effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborative and adaptable team player with a customer-focused approach.
  • Creative problem-solver with a passion for continuous learning and development.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
