Job Description

The Role
Training - Support the execution of the training and development plan - Educate employees and leaders on available training and other development activities and partner with leaders to drive participation/execution of development plans - Assist with training coordination (booking room set up, coordinating materials, lunches) - Ensure compliance with all Health &Safety (H&S) legislation & support various H&S programs and initiatives - HR representative on the H&S Committee - Support the administration of work related to Talent Development Culture & Engagement: - Corporate culture survey and analysis for improvement direction set-up. - Lead and control corporate culture change management in the organization. - Analyze internal/external situation and establish improvement plans related to productivity improvement and introduction/operation of external collaboration tools. - Develop and promote ongoing feedback mechanisms for employees to influence the continuous improvement of the employee experience. - Review and benchmark effective channels of communication for the employee groups, supporting leaders to improve communication with their people.

Requirements
  • 5 -10 year experience in HR functions with minimum 5 year experience as Learning and Development/Corporate Culture - HR experience at Tier-1 Global company, Consulting, Engineering, or Electronics company - Min. Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree (Master Degree in Human Resources or relevant area is preferred) - Experienced with high-level management decision making
