Conduct skill gap analysis, in partnership with the business units to improve individual and macro level performance.
Design, create and recommend learning paths /training plans and solutions
Design and develop presentations, survey forms, interactive activities, campaigns, and other learning material to support the L&D activities and data gathering; integrate the same in the LMS.
Support the marketing and communication strategies for the department in coordination with the Group Marketing department.
Deliver training programs as required by the business to support continuous development across all levels.
Maintain course library in line with the approved competency framework and align courses to the same.
Drive engagement by conducting targeted campaigns, webinars, seminars, and competitions to in learning activities by running targeted marketing campaigns, webinars, seminars, and competitions, in liaison with the respective stakeholders.
Drive adoption of new Learning platforms.
Other Job Responsibilities:
Support with Career Development, Succession Planning, and similar initiatives for people development.
Evaluate and onboard external training vendors\xe2\x80\x99 as per the L&D policies.
Implement the Kirkpatrick Model for measuring training effectiveness.
Conduct induction and other relevant New Hire programs.
Prepare timely and accurate reports through data analytics and dashboarding.
Organize project documentation and maintain course library in SAP LMS.
Recommend, evaluate and integrate new learning solutions with SAP LMS.
Stay abreast on leadership and learning theories, systems, best practices, trends, and the Future of Work.
Perform other related duties, as required, in discussion with the line manager.
Job Knowledge and Skills:
In depth knowledge of strategic learning frameworks such as 70:20:10 and creating a \xe2\x80\x9cpull\xe2\x80\x9d learning model.
Strong understanding of the L&D function for selecting and using training/instructional methods and procedures appropriate for the situation.
High levels of attention to detail and strong written and spoken English communication skills.
Demonstrated coaching and mentoring skills using any of the three methods of mentoring of 5 Cs of coaching.
Knowledge of the seven basic principles of HR, especially L&D
About You: We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the learning and Development Team. We are looking for a professional that has the following qualifications:
Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management.
CIPD or SHRM certification is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
3-6 years of experience
