Job Summary:



We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Learning and Development Manager to lead the design, development, and implementation of impactful learning initiatives that foster a high-performance culture and support the organization's strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in aligning learning strategies with business objectives and cultivating a people-first culture that drives employee engagement, capability building, and organizational agility.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and execute a comprehensive Learning and Development strategy aligned with the organization's long-term business objectives and culture transformation goals. Collaborate with senior leadership to identify critical capability gaps and learning needs across functions and levels. Design and implement innovative learning programs that promote leadership development, talent mobility, diversity and inclusion, and continuous growth. Champion a culture of learning by promoting employee engagement, knowledge sharing, and behavioral change initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness. Oversee the management of learning platforms, tools, and resources to ensure accessibility and usability for all employees. Measure and analyze the impact of learning initiatives on business performance and people engagement; use data to continuously improve program effectiveness. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of L&D professionals to deliver high-quality learning experiences. Partner with external vendors, consultants, and industry experts to bring best practices and innovative solutions to the organization. Drive change management initiatives related to culture and capability building. Manage the L&D budget efficiently while maximizing the ROI of training investments.

Qualifications and Experience:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field; Master's degree preferred. Minimum 10-15 years of progressive experience in Learning and Development, with at least 3-5 years in a strategic role focused on culture and people development. Proven experience designing and implementing learning strategies that align with business objectives and culture change. Strong understanding of adult learning principles, leadership development frameworks, and organizational behavior. Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives. Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. Experience managing learning technologies and platforms (e.g., LMS, e-learning tools). Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and report on learning effectiveness. Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
