Learning and Development Manager

We are looking for a Learning & Development Manager for one of the multinational F&B firms, who will be based in Dubai.

• Executing the training design and field ready process to ensure training (content, delivery, and measurements) is on-point, relevant to the learner, accurate, and accessible.
• Talent management and development
• Design, develop, and maintain nation-wide role based curriculum
• To assist in the design and production of Training Materials (using Word and Power Point).
• Ordering and printing of Training Materials.
• Upgrading and updating the training Materials as and when required.
• Tracking and collecting the HR as well as Training Key Performance Indicators
• Managing the Training Budget
• Providing recommendations for continuous improvement based on evaluation data, field feedback, personal observation, and external best practices.
• Collaborate with other team members to facilitate material management end-to-end, including creative design, desk-top publishing, outside vendor support.
• Partnering with field and restaurant support center cross-functional colleagues throughout the design, field ready process, launch, and evaluation of training initiatives

Requirements and Competencies

• Minimum 10 years of experience in L&D and Talent Management
• Must have experience working with e-learning authoring software, storyboarding, and learning content management systems.
• Regional experience.
• Experience in designing and facilitating training to all levels of learners. Demonstrates knowledge in training needs analysis tools and people analytics.
• Proven track record of creating and executing programs for small to large audiences.
• Adapt at using a blended learning methodology, has organizational skills and creativity and up to date with learning trends.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Word, Power Point and Excel and HR Systems.
• Candidate must also be responsible, accurate, creative, organized, able to work under deadline pressure, self-motivated and flexible.
• Relentlessly curious. Enjoys working in a fast paced, constantly iterating environment.
