Opportunity

Principal accountabilities

1-Lean Strategy Deployment Align Lean initiatives with the organization's strategic goals and objectives Support policy deployment to ensure priorities are well communicated and executed. 2-Continuous Improvement (Kaizen) Drive Kaizen events and problem-solving workshops to eliminate waste and improve processes. Standardize Kaizen methodology across the organization. Support and coach teams in using Lean tools such as PDCA, A3 Thinking, 5S, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and Root Cause Analysis. 3-Training & Capability Building Develop and deliver Lean training programs to employees at all levels. Coach frontline teams and managers in Lean principles, Lean leadership, and structured problem-solving. Facilitate Training Within Industry (TWI) programs to enhance operational skills. 4-Lean Daily Management System Establish and sustain Lean daily management routines (e.g., SQDC meetings, visual boards). Monitor and support the effectiveness of Leader Standard Work (LSW). Ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are reviewed regularly and drive corrective actions. 5-Performance Monitoring & PC (Process confirmation) Conduct Lean maturity assessments and process confirmations to ensure adherence to Lean principles. Track the impact of Lean initiatives through data-driven performance reviews. Analyse and report operational performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities. 6-Cross-Functional Collaboration Act as a bridge between departments to ensure Lean principles are integrated into daily operations. Work closely with Operations, Maintenance, HSSE and all support functions to sustain improvements. Support the Lean network by collaborating with other terminals/HQ and sharing best practices. 7- Leadership & Change Management Spread a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement. Influence and coach leaders to ensure Lean thinking. Address resistance to change and ensure sustainability of Lean initiatives.

Who we are looking for

An engineering degree (Industrial, Mechanical, Process Engineering or related field). 0 to 1 year of Experience via projects and improvement initiatives in industrial/ process environment. Lean Six Sigma certification/Green Belt or Black Belt are a plus, Additional certifications in project management or quality management are a plus. Strong understanding of Lean principles and methodologies (e.g., VMS, Kaizen Basics, Problem Solving, VSM, SMED, 5S, Standardization, six Sigma ...), Proficiency in process mapping, Experience with process management software and tools, Familiarity with quality management systems and global compliance standards, Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, and data analysis tools. Strong influencing skills, Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and French
