The Role

• The Lean Construction Engineer facilitate Lean training as required \xe2\x80\xa2 Work closely with construction supervision and contractors to identify improvement opportunities for reducing cost, improving efficiency and productivity \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop Lean improvement initiatives which achieve project deliverables. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collect and Analyze data to support business decisions \xe2\x80\xa2 Report improvement projects status to plans at regular intervals. \xe2\x80\xa2 Use process mapping and value flow analysis when appropriate \xe2\x80\xa2 Deploy Process Management Systems on key processes and monitor upstream indicators and output KPIs \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct time and motion studies to identify waste and potential improvement opportunities \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure Lean projects are aligned with high level organizational objectives and goals \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead, Monitor, and Report out status of all Lean projects/activities in their Pipeline for assigned business lines and regions \xe2\x80\xa2 Document Lessons Learned and ensure best practices are incorporated into formal business processes/procedures

Requirements
The Lean Construction Engineer Required: \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\'s Degree \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 14 years experience post graduation \xe2\x80\xa2 License/Certification: MMUP \xe2\x80\xa2 7 years similar experience post graduation \xe2\x80\xa2 Ashghal Project: 7 years (Required)
