The

Leads and Listing Coordinator

plays a vital role in supporting the sales team by managing incoming leads, updating property listings, and ensuring timely communication with clients and agents. This role bridges admin precision with marketing and client communication.

Key Responsibilities

Manage, assign, and track leads from all platforms (CRM, WhatsApp, calls, etc.) Coordinate with agents to ensure prompt follow-up and reporting Maintain and update property listings across online portals (Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, etc.) Ensure all property details, images, and pricing are accurate and compliant Prepare listing documentation, agreements, and required RERA forms Generate weekly listings summary reports for the sales team Audit listings regularly to remove expired or inaccurate properties Respond to client inquiries and route them to appropriate agents Monitor lead conversion rates and suggest improvements Coordinate with legal/admin departments to prepare MOUs or tenancy agreements when required

REQUIREMENTS:

5 years of experience in a real estate admin role in Dubai (Freshers are also welcome) Strong written and spoken English (Arabic is a plus) Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to meet deadlines Excellent command of MS Office and real estate CRM platforms Own VISA preferred
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Upto 4000/- AED per month
