Leadership, Success, and Investment Advisor for Youth (18+)

We are seeking passionate and experienced advisors and coaches to join our innovative bootcamp in Dubai, designed to empower individuals aged 18+ in leadership, success, and investment management. Key Responsibilities:

Leadership Training: Educate participants on essential leadership skills and team management.

Success Coaching: Help individuals set strategic goals and achieve career and personal milestones.

Investment Guidance: Provide practical knowledge on financial planning and smart investment strategies.

Program Facilitation: Design and deliver interactive workshops and one-on-one coaching sessions.

Progress Monitoring: Track participants' development and provide consistent, constructive feedback.

Requirements:

Proven experience in leadership, coaching, or financial consulting.

A solid understanding of investment strategies, financial planning, and success psychology.

Strong communication and motivational skills, especially with young adults.

Commitment to working closely with participants on a daily basis for two years.

You must have expertise in starting and managing businesses in the UAE and possess extensive experience in working with and mentoring a young team over the long term.

Bilingual candidates (English and another language) are highly preferred.
