Position Overview

INNOVEX Agency is seeking a Lead Video Editor -- a highly skilled, visionary, and technically advanced professional responsible for overseeing all post-production activities across the agency.

This is a

full-time, on-site position

based in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will lead and mentor the

in-house post-production team

and manage

remote editors and motion designers

, while personally contributing to editing, color grading, and delivery of top-tier visual content.

You will work closely with the

Creative Director

and

Head of Production

to ensure a seamless transition between production and post-production -- analyzing storyboards, creative briefs, and visuals to maintain INNOVEX's high storytelling and aesthetic standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage

the entire post-production department (in-house and remote), including editors, colorists, photo editors, VFX artists, and motion designers.

Participate in creative planning

, offering expert input on storyboards, visual style, pacing, and edit flow with the Creative Director and Head of Production.

Hands-on editing, color grading, and mastering

using

DaVinci Resolve

and the

Adobe Creative Suite

. Manage

efficient file and project organization

using

Google Drive

, ensuring structured folder systems, backups, and asset versioning.

Review, critique, and approve

all final outputs to ensure visual consistency, narrative flow, and technical excellence. Integrate

AI-driven creative tools

(Runway ML, Pika Labs, Midjourney, Sora, ChatGPT*, etc.) into workflows to enhance creativity and efficiency.
Stay current with

AI trends, emerging post-production technologies, and industry innovations

. Collaborate closely with production teams to ensure creative alignment from shoot to final edit.

Mentor and train

the editing and animation team to strengthen technical and storytelling capabilities. Ensure

on-time project delivery

that meets client expectations and INNOVEX quality standards.

Requirements

Fluent in English

(Arabic proficiency preferred). Minimum

5 years of experience

in post-production, including

2 years in a leadership role

. Advanced expertise in:

DaVinci Resolve

(editing, color grading, mastering, delivery)

Adobe Premiere Pro

Adobe After Effects

Adobe Photoshop

and

Adobe Illustrator

Strong working knowledge of

AI creative tools

(Runway ML, Pika Labs, Midjourney, Sora, ChatGPT*).
Proven ability to

manage in-house and remote teams

. Exceptional storytelling instincts, timing, and visual rhythm. Strong organizational skills with experience in

Google Drive file management

. Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

Working Hours & Schedule

Working Hours:

9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (UAE time)

Schedule:

Alternating weekly structure Week 1 ?

5 working days

Week 2 ?

6 working days

Then repeats (5 / 6 / 5 / 6 pattern).

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
