We're Hiring: Lead Verifier / Telesales Agent
ALH Properties is expanding, and we're looking for a detail-oriented, people-focused
Lead Verifier
to join our Dubai Marina office.Key Responsibilities:
Review and qualify incoming leads from portals, social media, and referrals. Verify client details, budget, and property requirements. Make first contact with clients to confirm interest and validate needs. Assign qualified leads to the right property consultants. Keep our CRM updated and generate regular lead quality reports. Provide insights to sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Previous experience in telesales, call center, or real estate lead verification is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage). Based in Dubai and available to join immediately or on short notice is a plus.
