Partner with the best This role is responsible for Post Sales support for customers. This can include repairs (both returns and field), technical support or a field service or other service request.

As the Lead Technical Support - Cementing, you will be responsible for: Handling customer technical requests including facilitating technical requirements for job execution. Managing the design, execution & evaluation of cementing operations. Presenting to senior leaders in specific technical space and on cross functional teams on how technologies contribute to overall strategy. Leading initiatives to increase the utilization of the company's commercial cementing technology by identifying gaps and products to meet requirements. Providing 24/7 support for critical operations in the field when needed Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies and compliance requirements Participating with and supporting the sales team tenders, quotations and commercial requirements to meet forecasted revenue targets. Maintaining documentation as specified for each cementing operation with end-of-well reports.

Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Have of 7+ years of relevant work experience in technical support / as a cementing engineer Be able to work in a 24/7 service environment, based on an agreed shift schedule Have good communication skills both verbal and written in English
