Job Summary:

We are looking for a Lead Quality Assurance Engineer to take ownership of our QA strategy and execution across the platform. You'll play a critical role in ensuring that everything we ship meets the highest standards of reliability, performance, and functionality. Working closely with our developers, product team, and leadership, you'll help us build a culture of quality from the ground up.

This role is ideal for someone who's passionate about process, not afraid to get hands-on with both manual and automated testing, and wants their work to contribute to a meaningful, long-term national initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and maintain the overall QA strategy, processes, and test plans Develop and execute detailed test cases across new and existing features Implement and manage automated testing frameworks (e.g. Cypress, Selenium, etc.) Lead regression, integration, performance, and smoke testing efforts Proactively identify bugs, issues, and bottlenecks across the product Work with developers to ensure proper test coverage and quality controls Collaborate with product and UX to ensure acceptance criteria are clear and testable Contribute to CI/CD process improvements with quality checks Mentor junior QA engineers and help build a scalable QA team over time

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of experience in QA or software testing roles Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g. Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) Solid experience writing and maintaining test scripts and suites Experience working in agile development environments Strong communication and documentation skills A meticulous eye for detail and a methodical approach to problem solving Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Someone who can start sooner rather than later is advantageous

Location:

Full-time, based in our Dubai Motor City office - no remote/hybrid

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
