Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Project Engineer to oversee the full scope of our architectural, civil, and interior projects. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of project management processes and will play a pivotal role in managing projects from initiation to handover.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Planning and Coordination:Develop project plans, schedules, and scopes of work while coordinating with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Quality Assurance:Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with safety regulations throughout all phases of construction. Cost Management:Monitor project costs and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality. Team Leadership:Supervise and mentor junior engineers and project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Reporting:Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project progress, challenges, and achievements. Problem-Solving:Identify potential issues and implement effective solutions to maintain project timelines and quality.

Qualifications:

Educational Background:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field. Experience:Minimum of 5 years of project engineering experience in the construction industry, specifically within Dubai. Technical Skills:Strong knowledge of architectural, civil, and interior construction practices, as well as project management tools and software. CAD knowledge an advantage. Communication:Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members. Leadership:Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects with varying complexities. Certification:Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent are preferred.
