Project Engineering & Execution

Lead end-to-end engineering activities for valve, instrumentation, and control packages. Review project specifications, datasheets, P&IDs, ITPs, and technical documentation. Ensure all engineering deliverables meet contract requirements, standards, and deadlines. Prepare and review technical submittals, method statements & project documentation.

Valve & Instrumentation Expertise

Provide technical selection, sizing, and specification of: Shutdown valves (SDVs) Control valves Ball, Gate, Globe, Check valves Actuators (pneumatic, hydraulic, electric) Instrumentation devices (transmitters, sensors, switches, positioners) Conduct valve sizing calculations, CV selection, torque calculations, actuator selection. Review vendor drawings, GA drawings, BOMs, and FAT procedures.

Project Coordination

Serve as the primary technical interface with clients, consultants, EPCs, and OEM vendors. Coordinate with procurement, QA/QC, fabrication, and logistics teams for smooth execution. Support project manager on scheduling, planning, risk mitigation, and reporting.

Quality & Compliance

Ensure adherence to API, ASME, IEC, ISO, ADNOC, Aramco, and other industry standards. Participate in inspections and FATs at vendor facilities. Ensure proper documentation for MDR, QCP, ITP, and other compliance requirements.

Team Leadership & Support

Guide junior engineers and technical staff. Review and approve engineering calculations and drawings. Provide technical training/support to internal teams and clients when needed.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Instrumentation Engineering / Control Engineering.

3-7 years

experience in Oil & Gas (mandatory). Minimum 3

years hands-on experience with valves, instrumentation, and control systems

. Strong understanding of EPC project execution, commissioning, and engineering workflows. Familiar with API 6D, API 598, API 607, ASME, ISA, IEC, and related standards. Experience with ADNOC projects is highly preferred. Strong communication and client-handling skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
