Job Description

Penspen is urgently looking for suitable candidates for the position of Lead Project Engineer to work with one of the ADNOC Offshore PMC project in Abu Dhabi.

Qualification Required

Any Engineering Degree

Experience Required

Track project KPIs including cost, schedule, and technical integrity Involved in FEED (Front-End Engineering Design) and EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) phases of multi-billion-dollar projects Monitor scope changes and assess impact on cost and schedule Provide expert input on offshore topside facilities, subsea systems, and artificial island infrastructure Align engineering deliverables across disciplines (mechanical, piping, electrical, etc.) Ensure adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) protocols

Desired Candidate

Qualification: Any Engineering Degree in recognized discipline Minimum 15-20+ years in oil & gas, with 5+ years in offshore mega projects. Experience in the large oil and gas FEED/EPC offshore project. Previous experience in the ADNOC offshore project is an added advantage.
