Lead project controls activities across cost, planning, and reporting functions.
Oversee project performance through all stages:
Select, Define, and Execute

Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure project progress and financial accuracy.
Manage cost reporting, forecasting, and business planning activities.
Support project management with timely insights and variance analysis.
Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards and project control procedures.
Ideal Candidate must have:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
17+ years of experience in Oil and Gas.
Proven experience in Oil & Gas Upstream projects.
Strong SAP experience
(raising PRs, SES, and related procurement workflows).
Proficiency in Primavera (P6)
for planning and scheduling.
Hands-on experience with ADNOC projects
and standards.
Business planning
and
cost reporting
expertise.
Experience in invoice verification
and cost control.
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
