Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and treat conditions affecting the ears, nose, throat, and related structures in pediatric patients. Perform surgeries and procedures such as adenoidectomy, tonsillectomy, and myringotomy on pediatric patients. Collaborate with other medical specialists, nurses, and healthcare professionals to develop effective treatment plans. Explain diagnoses and treatments to patients and their families in a clear and understandable manner. Keep accurate and detailed patient records and maintain confidentiality at all times. Stay updated with the latest research and developments in the field of Pediatric ENT and incorporate them into your practice. Participate in research and educational activities to advance the field and share your knowledge with colleagues.

Requirements:

Valid medical degree and relevant post-graduate qualifications in ENT. Proven experience working with pediatric patients, with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a consultant. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. An empathetic and compassionate approach towards patients and their families. Strong leadership and decision-making skills. The candidate must have received Western training or education.
