Lead Oxide Production Supervisor

Job Description
1. Raw Material (Lead Refined) Checking: verify the received raw material (lead refined) elements (Main elements - Ag, Bi, Cu, Fe, Ni) composition have within the required spec. 2. Barton section (Oxide generation): Maintain Melting pot temperature 4400 to 4600 C and Reaction Pot temperature 3300 to 3600 C. 3. Checking and maintain the Oxide Quality like Free Lead 10 % to 16% and AD(Density of Oxide)-1.2 to 1.6gm/cc with consecutively maximum production. 4. Red Lead Furnace Section: Stored Barton Oxide transfer to Red Lead furnace inside and maintain the temperature profile with periodically & monitoring the oxide conversion pbo2 process. 5. Every 2 to 3 hrs, once Red Lead furnace\xe2\x80\x99s material sample testing and maintain the all testing reports. 6. Check the furnace material pbo2 conversion with customer required specification. 7. Red Lead furnace\xe2\x80\x99s material transfer to cooling silo and let keep this material some times for cooling purpose, then transfer to pulverizing. 8. Pulvarier Section: Cooling silo stored red lead material transfer to pulverizing. After pulverizing material stored in packing silo 9. Packing section: To take final sample from packing silo material and check the all testing. Then pack and stored the red lead with safe & dry area. Job Types: Permanent, Full-time Salary: AED3,500.00 - AED3,750.00 per month
