Your role Do you have a knack for technology? Do you like working with people? If you are solid as a rock while juggling a lot of deliveries at the same time, we're looking for you to: . lead a team of skilled external and internal iOS engineers to deliver excellent results . develop a vision, create and drive a delivery roadmap for your technology in close collaboration with the iOS guild . participate in the design and deliveries on UBS Mobile Banking . collaborate with cross-location pod's to ship new features . work with external data sources and APIs . continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency . providing tech solutions and ensuring adherence to good software practices . partner with UX designers, architects, back end development teams and QA to deliver a high quality product

Your team You'll be working in within an agile organization of IT Development in Doha, Qatar . We plan and lead IT products in the area of Touchpoint and create award winning solutions for our clients. That's where we build award apps like the UBS mobile banking. This is the place where innovation is our daily business. You will be leading a small team of iOS Engineers and coach them on best practice to deliver high quality features while still developing code yourself.

Your expertise . a graduate degree in IT Software Engineering with 7+ years of native iOS (Swift/Objective C) development experience . fundamental experience in designing secure, robust and scalable applications . a positive attitude and a great interest in shaping the future of technology in banking . familiar with Apple design principles and knowledge of Version Control System (Git) . a strong software engineer with high dedication app . the will and desire to leave your comfort zone and become an important player in our iOS community . analytical skilled person who manages to cope with complex challenges in software engineering . a strong leader with a fundamental technical understanding in your domain (Apple design principles)
