Job Description

As a member of the Group Internal Audit Team, you will be responsible for conducting operational, financial, and compliance audits across QTerminals' various Business Units. Your primary focus will be to provide assurance service and advisory as required to ensure effectiveness of the internal controls and compliance with policies and procedures while identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement of the current processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Independently perform or lead complex operational and financial audits in assigned business and risk areas Assist in the annual risk assessment and the audit planning process Develop risk-based audit program, identifying high-risk areas for in-depth review while de-scoping lower-risk areas. Prepare the Risk & Control Matrix (RCM) and Audit Program. Draft audit reports with recommendations and agree on practical management action plans with stakeholders. Support and advise relevant parties on implementing corrective and preventive actions, verifying their effectiveness. Conduct special reviews, including advisory engagements and fraud investigations, as needed. Coordinate and liaise with external and government auditors during their reviews. Assist and provide guidance to Internal Auditors, either as part of an audit team or independently. Educate and guide department managers and employees on internal audit methodologies and compliance.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related discipline from a reputable university. Holder of professional certification CIA, CPA, CA Minimum of 8 years of experience in internal audit, preferably within the Maritime & Logistics industry or a similar sector Strong knowledge of audit techniques, methodologies, IIA standards, COSO framework, internal controls and compliance. Excellent numerical, analytical, and report-writing skills. Familiarity with audit management software (Teammate) and Oracle ERP Data analytics skills including knowledge of CAAT and Power BI. Team player with strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and influence stakeholders constructively. Strong collaboration and teamwork skills to engage with key stakeholders, external partners, and advisors * Full professional proficiency in English.
