Position Overview: As a Lead Interior Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the design direction of the consultancy\'s projects across various sectors. The ideal candidate will bring a creative vision, strong leadership skills, and a passion for creating unique and functional spaces that exceed client expectations. • Lead and manage the interior design team, providing guidance and mentorship to junior designers.
• Collaborate with architects and other professionals to develop cohesive design concepts.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initial concept development to final implementation.
• Work closely with clients to understand their vision and requirements, ensuring a personalized and tailored design approach.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Senior or Lead Interior Designer with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficient in relevant design software and tools.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and project management.
• Previous experience working on commercial, residential, and hospitality projects is highly desirable.
